Kegs Marking

During bottling, kegs are placed on a storage carrier (pallet). By scanning each keg (Data Matrix), the system generates a list of kegs on the carrier. After the pallet formation is finished, its label is scanned with a number in the form of a serial number generated by the WMS system. Thanks to the integration with the WMS system, we receive information about the product, its batch, expiration dates, etc., by the carrier number.

Acceptance from production

Acceptance from production serves to attach the kegs that have left the bottling line to the carrier.

Shipment from the warehouse

After the order has been completed in the shipping area, the KEGELBAHN system uses a scanner to record the carrier numbers and their contents. Each such carrier is assigned a receiving counterparty through integration with the company WMS system.

Return of empty or full kegs to the warehouse

During the return, each keg is scanned and assigned a corresponding quality status, according to which the system subsequently monitors the possibility of re-bottling the keg, the need for its repair, etc.

Reporting

Every action in the system is recorded in the logging table. Reporting allows you to see the current status of the keg at any time (poured, shipped, when, to whom, in what quality status), the full history of the keg, statistics on kegs turnover in general and by counterparty.
