Planning
Logisticians of the transport department form a list of expected cars with information about the car, driver, transport company, etc.
Arrival at the parking lot
The driver registers at the checkpoint, returns to his car and waits for an SMS message about further actions. At this time, the system automatically informs the warehouse about the driver’s arrival.
Entry permit
When the warehouse is ready to load/unload the car, the driver receives an SMS with the number of the gate to which he should drive, and information about the permission to enter this car appears at the checkpoint.
Loading/Unloading
Departure permit
After unloading/loading the car, the warehouse employee prints a package of necessary documents and gives departure permit. The driver receives an SMS about the need to leave the territory, and the checkpoint receives information that this car is allowed to leave.
The enterprise receives an electronic log with complete minute-by-minute statistics of all events.
